3. Payments & Refunds

• We accept E-transfer and cash payments only.
• All payments must be made in full before or at the time of service.
• No refunds are provided for completed services.
• Deposits (if required) for certain treatments or training programs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

5. Training Program Terms

• Enrolment in our training programs does not guarantee employment.
• Only qualified students who meet our standards may be considered for hiring.
• Training fees are non-refundable once the program has started.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions.
• Results vary based on individual factors; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
